In order to keep everyone safe and healthy, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the live conferences in Columbus and Florida.  We believe that this is the right thing to do.

The entire course is available online on demand. This gives you the option to attend the conference in the safety of your home environment. We are working with the course faculty to update lectures so that you will have the latest material possible. We will upload the updated lectures as soon as they are ready. Meanwhile, if you do the online version, you have access to the 2019 lecture materials.

The conference rate for the Embassy Suites, Lake Buena Vista South, per night is $149 until September 14, 2020. For reservations, call (407) 597-4000. When prompted, mention the Perinatal Resources room block, or the “PER” group code.

Participants staying at the Embassy Suites will receive complimentary internet, complimentary breakfast, manager’s reception in the evenings.  Perinatal Resources will be serving lunch, so please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

Transportation and Parking

Self parking is available for $13.00/night or $18.00 for valet.  Transportation to and from the airport can obtained from either Mears Shuttle or Super Shuttle and both are approximately $40 R/T .  We will send links for those sites in the preconference packet a few weeks prior to the course.
